Interviews with ATL and their client company. Technical questions from client primarily. The process took a long time. They were not very responsive to emails during this time. They have laughingly bad benefits and time off. They tried to conceal the fact that they would not pay you during the two weeks Lilly is shut down if working at the Lilly site. I knew I wouldn’t take a job with them when I realized that they were trying to hide that. I would absolutely not recommend anyone be swindled into joining with this company unless you inter to continue to search for jobs the whole time.

First interviewed over the phone with a member of HR, and then scheduled for on-site interviews with heads of the department. I had two in-person interviews before being offered the job.

Application and interview process was very simple and quick. Received job offer very quickly. Interview questions were basic situational questions that you'd expect. No curveballs, and very relaxed.
