Recruiter initially said role would pay less than my current salary. I told him I would need at least around my current salary band thought that was the end of the process. I get a call several week later to interview with marketing and was offered several times that just wouldn’t fit my current work schedule. I was told that my current salary would be acceptable. Tried to squeeze a time in that would work with marketing and day of interview was asked if anyone said this would be over an hour interview. Recruiter never told me that. Interview lasted less just was looking to pry information from me from my previous employer who was their competitor. Really lame and disorganized process. CEO was forced out I was told months ago and still searching for a new one.
