The interview itself was great fun, staff were friendly and clear. We did both individual and group and interviews which is always best. Communication before the interview could be better. I was part of a cohort of interviewees who arrived on time to the interview at the Lyceum theatre. We waited outside the front entrance because it wasn't clear which entrance to use and no-one came to greet us. I had to phone the theatre and it took a while to get through to someone to who could explain which door to go to. Otherwise good experience.

two parts: first is a group presentation, and the 1:1 interview. There were 4-5 people in a group to prepare a topic for 10/15 minutes and then deliver a 5mins presentation.

I was invited for an in-person interview at the theatre, but I found it quite challenging to locate the venue. The confirmation email only mentioned the theatre as the location, yet the only entrance was through the stage door, which wasn’t clearly marked. I believe it would be helpful to provide specific directions for future candidates. I have strong experience that aligns well with the role, and I felt a good rapport with the interviewers, leading me to believe I performed well. However, I received a rejection email the very next day. I reached out for feedback, especially given the effort I put into traveling to the interview, but I haven’t heard back. I find this lack of response unprofessional.
