Very unprofessional - I was asked questions about my work experience and then suddenly why I should work here. It seemed like I was interviewing her than being interviewed. I was basically told what I should speak to the VP next about so I would get the position. My sets of skills are needed in today's job market thus I was being sold to work here, not knowing how unprofessional the office is.
