I met with Erin Fagan, who was the "lead" developer. He asked me very basic questions about VBA. I was afforded the opportunity to ask him questions in the end of my interview, and I asked questions about more advanced development topics and he wasn't able to answer any of my questions. He then brought in Steve Aragon, the Program Director and he interviewed me. All in all, the entire interview was more to make sure I was a personality fit than a technical fit.
