      Must be the most hilarious interview process ever. So, i get an email saying i have to show up for a f2f at 12:30pm, I was also told to bring my own laptop for a test that would be conducted on site. I drove roughly 65kms, reached the office at 12:30 sharp, my turn came about 15 minutes later. The interviewer was a lady who had no idea of tech, asked me total 2 questions before telling me please have a seat and you'll be given a test. 1 minute later i get an email from TestGorilla, an they insisted that test has to be done while in their offices - not to mention the test was 70 minutes long. Why should someone sit at your office after driving 65kms to finish a test that could have been sent earlier and completed without being present physically at the site?? Anyone who has done recruitment in their life, know that the entire purpose of TestGorilla is to screen candidates prior to onsite interviews - You do not call people at your office to give them a link.

      I was told I made it to the “few” selected candidates, then i was sent a long “aptitude” exam that took me awhile to finish, although i did well in the exam, I heard nothing from them after finishing this test, I asked for a feedback at least, multiple I emailed them and texted them on WhatsApp where they texted me first, no response at all, they just straight up ghosted me, ignored me, totally unprofessional and it says a lot about the toxic work environment, if you’re gonna waste ur candidates time at least have the decency to give a feedback. One of my worst job application experiences. The HR team should be replaced promptly if they want to have a good and professional employees, otherwise this company will always be considered a scam giving how many people already reported their negative experience. If ur feedback is 100% negative on Glassdoor you know the problem is coming from you. Unless this company is a scam i hope they’ll be taken down soon.

Typically, we send rejection letters once a position is closed, but sometimes emails may end up in junk or spam folders, and we are actively working on this issue to ensure better follow-up with all candidates. Your point about feedback is well taken. We strive to provide feedback wherever possible, but due to the high volume of applicants, this isn’t always feasible.
