Applied though Linked-In recruiter. Interview process from start of application to interview was 20days. Took another 3weeks without a response from them on whether moving forward. I made their decision easy by removing myself from further consideration. If a company cannot give a response to a potential employee, I wonder how responsive is management to answer real hard questions?!

First 30 min with HR (easy), then 60 min technical interview (medium hard), then one 60 min interview with hiring manager (friendly, lots of personality questions), and lastly one 30 min grandfather interview with a c-exec (informal, future-oriented questions)

Das Gespräch würde durch zwei Personen geleitet. Es waren ein Technicher Leiter und ein Managerin. Angenehme Atmosphere, Flexible Vorstellungen von Anforderungen. Das Team war 7 Personan gross und dazu war ein externes Team, die von einer anderen SW Module zuständig waren.

The interview took about 5 to 6 weeks.
The process was generally slow and took a lot of time for coordinate with interviewers but it was smooth and there wasn't any trap or sth during interviews.
