Went to three rounds of interview, starting from HR, User Online and User Onsite. The first two were focus on fits, the last one is technical. The timeline from Dec until Feb next year.

They ask about the typical programming logic of OOP
The HR and Manager are transparent to what they look for and share the expected timeline. The timeline is the typical length which can be lengthy. HR call first after the application, then there is online interview to the recruiting manager. When passed, the candidate went to office for the final interview.

Interview process was very subtle, the interviewer was calm and polite and made me comfortable. He was mostly interested in the experience I had than the want to learn attitude.
