Entretien
Applied online and Firstly had a video interview, with standard questions. Then received an email invite to come in for a face to face interview. Interview was with two buyers and was really chilled, felt like I was chatting with friends and buyers made me feel comfortable. Interview was in two parts, the first part I had to present some trends for AW19 and two brands ASOS should sell. 2nd part was normal interview questions.
Submitted application on ASOS Careers website, invited to do a video interview some time later, shortly afterwards invited to a Teams video interview with two buyers where I presented three trends and two brands to add into ASOS’ mix (do your research!), 10 days later was told I was put into the Talent Bank and then 6 weeks later was given a start date, which was 10 days after (this was due to me having no notice period)

Video Interview, which I had never done before was more nerve racking than a face to face!
Then was invited to an assessment centre where there was 10 of us for a 2 person position.
They made the day very fun and friendly, very happy staff. Building is beautiful and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs!!
