I applied directly and I was swiftly contacted by a recruiter from ASOS. We had a great opening conversation and I was moved on to the next step in the process which involved talking to a solutions architect. During this conversation we conversed about a couple of topics including my past experience, general higher level iOS questions and some questions around my though on application architecture. The next step was a take home task to do. The task was rather involved and I did not complete it all due to time constraints, however I managed to demonstrate my abilities and was then brought onsite for a more detailed interview with some of the other iOS engineers.

Very smooth hiring process. The recruiter, Amit, was very supportive and helped guide me through the process. The interview consisted of two stages: a one-hour meeting with the product manager and lead iOS engineer, followed by a one-hour live coding session with three iOS engineers. Everyone I met was very friendly. Amit provided prompt feedback after each stage.
