Basically I applied and there weren't much of candidates. I reached out to one of the members and a week after they scheduled an interview. I prepared for 2 weeks with a list of documents of all possible questions. I enter the interview and the minute after they say we are not going to consider you for the role but start talking about yourself. Interview was going to be for 45 minutes, we ended at 55 minutes even though they clearly stated both at the intro and at the end that they are not considering me. They asked me bunch of questions for the job they weren't going to consider me which they could have told me over the email. This was really unprofessional and demotivating.
