Interviewed for the role of international install engineer. Interview was through Microsoft Teams. There were 2 interviews. Interview was approximately 1 hour long with time at the end for my own questions. The interview was very difficult and it was extremely hard to tell if I’d done well or not. A good range of questions were asked including explaining your professional life choices so far and why you made those choices, why you want the job, what you know about the job as well as scenario based engineering questions to see how knowledgeable you are

The interview process includes application submission, initial screening, multiple interview rounds, assessments, reference checks, and a job offer, followed by onboarding to ensure the candidate's fit and readiness for the role.
