Online test on the basics of Angular, Javascript, CSS followed by 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round and the HR round. 1st technical round will be purely technical focusing on the problem solving, logical and analytical skills. 2nd technical round is focused on high level real time technical challenges testing ones exposure and the decision making skills. Managerial round is to judge on ones personality and how good a team player one is.

Was contacted by a recruiting consultancy a month back. They went through my skills and profile and did the screening process. After which I was a scheduled an technical interview directly with the onsite dev manager. The interview was a pre-planned one and happened 2weeks after my confirmation. After clearing the first round, they called me again for the 2nd technical round with the same manager which happened in another 2 weeks. After clearing these 2 rounds, there was a HR round the following day where they explain about the compensation and benefits offered by the company. They don't negotiate much and give the package you ask for provided it's reasonable . I received the offer letter the next day.

Entretien
I initially had a 1 hr call with the hiring manager understanding the role and my expertise. Later he sent an online test which was about 1 hr. Then there was an WebEx scheduled to go through the written test and they asked basic C# questions. Next day, I got an email from the hiring manager that they want me in person. I went in. It was more like a Tech conversation with the manager and the VP for about 1 hr 15mins. They said they liked me and agreed to send an offer letter. HR followed up and had a 30 min call, discussed benefits, gave a form to fill etc., I was yet to get the offer letter. Waited for few days and followed up with HR. she said it should be there anytime soon. Next day, got an email that the management changed its mind to search for the candidate in their Barcelona office and they cannot extend me the offer. Few days after I see the position is back up in linkedIn and company site in Purchase,NY location. Same place I was considered for.
I wasn't even told the proper reason for saying NO. Total piece of wreck the company is. I did follow up with the recruiter but I never got a reply.I wasted 10 days going through the interview process and ended up not knowing the reason behind the rejection after verbally offering for the position.
I should have read about the company on Glassdoor before going through the process.
