It was really easy-going and relaxed, just be yourself and show an eagerness for any hours. It was questions about availability and any experience, but it’s mostly personality they hire for.
I was invited to a group interview and the main objective was to work as a team and communicate to deliver a presentation. I was then taken through a one-on-one interview where they asked me what days I would be available. I don't belive it was competency-based interview.
The interview was quite relaxed and not as scary as other interviews and with enough preparation it should be fairly easy to navigate, they ask about times you did something and just want to know how well you would fit in with the team
