Online first which was various questions testing basic knowledge then onto the Asda Magic session which was as others have posted about how you work as part of a team rather than how great you are as an individual. Be a team player at all times during the magic session and you'll get on fine.

A mini-online drivers test and a discussion with one of the managers. A tour of the facility too. They were really nice during the interview and the time I spent there. They got back to me after the interview within a couple days.

Online application and assessment, then invite to ASDA Magic session. Online assessment was about 15 minutes and takes you through 48 statements, some of which are pictures. Must have been okay as I was invited for interview for an ASDA Magic session.

Attended the "ASDA Magic" day along with 8 others. Due to the previous session running over time we were told that there were not going to be any group activities. There was a short theory test that we had to complete on the computer and then a face-to-face interview which was very basic.
