Background check and interview one to one basis. Then two days induction. First day was looking at the Company. Second day there was role-playing scenarios and what-if questions worked out in groups.

- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
