I was contacted by a recruiter who told me the search was confidential. Before I moved on to the second call, I was not told the name of the company. But throughout the process, there was no job title, no job description, and no salary range provided. Given that context, the interviews went as well as they could have until I learned that this company's business model seems not sustainable and not the type of environment I want to work in. I took myself out of the running as a result of their lack of attention paid to this new role. I hope they find someone they're looking for, because I'm not even sure they know what they're looking for. And until they come up with a full job description to share with candidates, that will not change.
