Phone interview, conference-call style with 4 engineers. Then I was flown out for an on-site interview where I was greeted by a few of the engineers as well as the president. After chatting for a little while and getting a tour of the lab, I was taken out to lunch for a 'culture-fit' session.

Not one single question jumps out, but a lot of general questions about EM theory, S-parameters, RF/microwave test equipment, and a discussion of my senior design project in school as well as hobbies.
