Except for the Netherlands team technical interview and 1 round of the Indian technical team and the HR... i consider the other 3-4 rounds UN necessary.
The Mid level guys should be trained on how to conduct an interview.

Question 1
The Netherlands manager stationed at Pune asked me to design a prototype solution in C# for the automation of a Supermarket which has 4 In/ Out gates. Asked me to draw a class diagram of the entities that nake up this application along with thier relationship and how will i add other functionalities.
Asked me to write some code chunks also for the design.

Entretien
Lots of rounds - I attended some 5-6 rounds of interview (3-4 telephonic and skype) and 2-3 F2F.
Except for the interview with the 1) Manager from Netherlands, 2) the MD and a 3) technical manager , i was not sure as to what the other interview process was grying to capture out of me! :)
