I cleared all the rounds, including the assignment and the Director round. The final stage was the HR approval round, but despite performing well throughout the process, I was rejected because another candidate had better communication skills. I shared my feedback with them, stating that if they felt my communication skills were not up to the mark, I should have been screened out in an earlier stage rather than at the very end. After that, I did not receive any response from them.
