Worst management ever, it is a team made out of a couple who always have opposite comments about things, will not compromise and end up either things keep dragging like you are too stupid to handle it or you as the admin person will get targeted personally from one of the side depends on which side you are coming from. Typical family/relative/ close friends based business operation, I will not recommend anyone to work for this company.
