i was called the next day for face to face interview and got the job the same day.
Was give the uniforms at the office. The human resource manager was very helpful.

Pretty much a joke. The hiring agent looked at my resume just to get my name right. hired on the spot with no prior experience. Was going to work at a extremely complex chemical factory. when I got there I was trained for five minutes because the guy showing me around didn't want to stay because company would not pay him...

Most difficult was language barrier between security and temp employees. All temp employees spoke Spanish and any incidents needed assistance. A lot of accidents, break downs and leeks for chemical storage.
