Entretien
First you meet the HR manager (a very friendly and nice lady). Then you will meet the manager of the departement you have applied to work for; very basic engineering questions.
You should do your research on turbo blowers and their area of operation (mainly WWTP)
Finally you will have to sit with the CEO who will take the decision on you. He would request you to explain to him about your previous jobs experiences

Question 1
If there are two pipes with air flowing in them. One has air pressure of 10 PSIG and another has air flowing in it with 20 PSIG discharge pressure. How can you know which pipe has the higher air pressure flowing inside it without using any instruments or scaling tools?
