Very technical, one representative from the analytical team and another from HR. HR asked standard interview STAR questions, analytical rep asked technical questions to ensure technical proficiency & knowledge. All steps of the process were pleasant if a little slow which is typical of CRO/biopharma recruitment.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to handle conflicting priorities or tight deadlines.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez APC (Dublin, Dublin) en juin 2025
Entretien
I interviewed with APC for an Analytical Scientist role in June 2025. I went through multiple tough interview rounds, like glaring at you without smiling interviewers tough. After all that effort, I was completely ignored.
2 months later, no update. No rejection. Not even a basic “thanks but no thanks” email.
It honestly felt like they ghosted me after the final interview. Followed up a month apart nothing but silence.
Not surprised of their attitude. They don't respect the interviewers. I was told at the end of final interview by the hiring manager "We actually don't have money for hiring yet. I'm still talking to the higher ups for money. I will know more end of June". Then why even conduct interviews, wasting candidates time.
It really makes you wonder how they treat their staff once you’re inside.
Would not recommend applying unless you’re okay with being left in the dark.
