1) Resume submission 2) 5-part assessment that takes about an hour (basic math, spatial reasoning, & personality questions, not accounting focused) 3) Phone interview with HR (about 1 hour) 4) 4.5 hour assessment that includes: a) Essay questions b) Non-multiple choice questions about 2 example financial statements c) Link to 10-question multiple-choice quiz on financial statements d) Questions on tip breakdown spreadsheet in google sheets where you have to find all of the formula errors and and answer questions about information on the sheet e) Analyze 4 pages of company's A/P best practices f) Analyze 1 page of notes specific to example client g) Review 23 pages of example A/P invoices to see the hand-written coding examples for each line item h) Login to a QB desktop test file on their server and enter 25 example invoices, utilizing all you learned from the company's A/P best practices, client notes, and example A/P invoices 5) Interview with supervisor (1.5 hours) 6) Interview with founders of the company (I withdrew my application before scheduling).
