Disjointed process. initially had pre screen call with a member of AMS, this was followed by an interview. The interviewer turned up 10 minutes late. Only 1 person interviewed me, they told me they will discuss my application at a meeting in the week and let me know the outcome. My interview took place on the 30th March, I am still awaiting some sort of feedback.

I interviewed for the Senior Recruiter role and was left waiting for feedback well past the promised timeline. Despite following up, I was completely ghosted. For a company that claims to lead in recruitment, their handling of candidates is shockingly unprofessional. If you value your time and effort, look elsewhere.

Three rounds of interview: one with my future manager, one with their manager and one on site interview with the client. The interview took place in 2018. The interviewers were incredibly nice and accommodating.
