Applied online and received an invitation to test within a week. Received my results before I left. There were medical questions and a skills test, which you had to pass before continuing on to the interview. The interview was easy, mostly conversational. Received an offer by email about a week and a half after the interview and was scheduled for a drug screen and agility test. I had also interviewed with another division before this one and they did not send me an official rejection letter.
The interview itself was fine and people seemed really nice but what they advertise on the website and what they actually require were different.
They said they were hiring part time employees and when I went in for interview, they were only hiring full time employees. Also, they only have orientation once a month, and if that doesn't work for you, you have to reapply and prepare the documents all over again like the livescan and the drug test because they have to be up to date. I wasted a lot of time and money during the hiring process for this company because they weren't transparent about the expected process.
Good. Phone interview due to Covid pandemic. Can be a little awkward however. Overall a good experiences. Typical interview questions. Past job experience, how you would handle a certain situation... etc
