I got a call from the Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Team Member, as the PSO team calls them) from 'AMK Solutions Pvt. Ltd.', who primarily arranged for a telephonic session of interview with the technical panel based out of Malaysia.
On my successful performance in the telephonic interview, I was asked to come from my hometown Hyderabad to Bangalore for face-to-face interview to be conducted by the GDO head of 'AMK Technology Sdn. Bhd.', who had visited India.
I was provided the positive feedback on the spot; and followed by the same, the Talent Acquisition Manager took my interview for salary negotiations.
Following this, the HR Manager explained to me the visa process involved for my relocation from India to Malaysia. Following to that, she explained me the terms & conditions relating to my employment as well as the work-culture at 'AMK Group of Companies'.
