Haven't got to the interview stage, but got asked to do a personal writeup, as well as do an editing task as a test. It seems suspicious as the test is actually real editing work, on actual content that the company works with (and publishes). Shortly after the job was played up, it was removed. Could be indicative of them looking for free labour, so, beware if you were asked to do something for this company as a test.

Got to speak with the founder and the assistant manager, as well as the HR. Everyone was friendly and transparent during the conversation. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and was conducted via Zoom.
