The overall process was quick and very professional. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and let me know about the opportunity. I first had a phone interview where they took me through all the usual stuff. Basically, they get a read on your values and goals first. Then I had a technical interview
Didn't ask anything technical. They already make a decision and just wanted data gathering for salary and potential relocation information. Willing to ghoat candidates without a second thought. This was for a graduate hardware position in Sydney australia.

2 Rounds of Technical Interview with the company. The interviewers were chill and focussed on basics and a few intermediate concepts. The interviews went on for about 1.5 hours in total.
