The interview process is fairly quick and easy; as long as you appear presentable and can prove that you are personable, the process is a breeze. After submitting my application online, I received a phone call about 1 day later, they asked me basic questions (just confirming my information and availability) and then asked if I could come in for an interview the next day. The interview was more relaxed because it was held out in the lobby of the theater, answered a few typical interview questions and they hired me on the spot. Having worked at that theater for over a year, I can safely say that this was the process for the majority of the employees. *Just make sure that you dress up for your interview, even though it's casual, they put a lot of weight on presentation for servers so make sure that you are dressed to impress!
