Multiple interviewers, will be at a different location from your current theater and by a different manager. They ask you questions related to crew leader but expect you to take more initiative which is why you would be applying for supervisor
Multiple interviews and HR calls to understand the background better. Time constraints was never felt and was very amicable. Very generic questions with overall pleasant experience. Also, timing was adequate for the interview process.
