I was called in after waiting in the lobby for almost a half hour and it was some easy questions, had to do an AMC Stubs sales pitch to the manager (which isn't hard) was called back the next day with a yes. Came in for training which was done by other film crew members.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
