They started off with a phone interview to get to know me. I was then asked to schedule an in-person interview for later in the week. At the interview, I was asked general retail experience questions. We ended the interview with him giving me a list of AMC Stub member perks and asking me to pitch the program to a customer. There was a couple minutes for me to prepare so it wasn't particularly on the spot.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot

Casual conversation about why I was interested in a position. Was asked some STAR scenarios. Confirmed I was available for weekend and night work. Offered the position at the end.
