I submitted an application and heard back a few days after, I scheduled an interview for a couple days after that. The hiring manager was very nice and she talked to me like a friend, rather than a prospecting employee. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt comfortable talking to other employees before my interview. The interview itself was very very quick and the questions were extremely easy. Basically, if you have a good attitude, you smile, and you don't look like a felon, you'll get the job.

They test your sales skills. First you go through a group interview and then you get interviewed by the general manager who asks you to sell a product to them. Learn the AMC stubs rewards and you'll be fine.

interview was quick, about 20 minutes. and some of the questions were thought provoking. i wasn't really nervous but i wasn't expecting to get the job either. actually there was a phone interview screening first before the face to face interview.
