I applied online through their website and waited about a week before I went in myself to follow up on the application. Since it was a smaller establishment they said they mostly hire through walk-ins. The manager asked me my name, introduced himself, and then asked me to describe myself. He then asked if I had previous experience to which I said no. He said thank you and I would continue the process online, the same day I got an email saying I was hired. There was no drug test, but they only give it to you if they assume you are using drugs or if it's state regulation.
