J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez AMAROK
Entretien
Started with a phone screen. Interview with a manager. Then an outside sales manager. Tough interview, must come prepared to discuss sales numbers and processes. A few interviews and final interview with vp of sales.
Entretien
Got ghosted like many other of their candidates. Had initial interview with recruiter who told me I was great fit, assured me he would move me along and provide quick feedback every step of the way, because he believes in treating candidates professionally and will not leave people hanging. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Very good call, he told me I had exactly what they were looking for and would move me to next step. Fwiw, i have a successful sales background that would very much lend itself to success in their role. No word back from them for days despite my professional follow ups. Finally got a generic email saying I was no longer being considered. I sent a professional "thanks for your time and consideration and all the best" email to the hiring manager and recruiter. Neither of them responded.

Had an initial phone interview with recruiter the day after I applied. Asked about my past positions and told me a bit about the job. He said he really liked my experience and everything he heard from me. Scheduled my next interview for the next day and got asked a bit more about my experience and a few basic interview questions. I was very prepared and asked 5 or 6 questions. I really felt confident about moving forward in the process. 2 days later I received the generic email of thanks for applying, we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates. I didn’t get any transparency on why I wasn’t chosen to move forward. Felt like I would’ve been a great addition to the company and team. I was really excited about selling Amarok and disappointed in the end.
