First Allen conduct an entrance exam and based on score they will call for interview. If you got selected they give you traveling allowance of 3AC and interview is very easy they only check the potential and passion.

Round 1 : 100 objective type questions(All single choice)
Part 1 : 50 questions of Physics(11+12 class)---All questions were NOT
FORMULA BASED. A little bit of logical thinking will help you.
Part 2 : 25 questions of Mental Ability+ Current Affairs(Eg- Chairman of NITI
Aayog = ? )
Part 3 : 25 questions of English(Reading Comprehensions, questions related to
grammar).
Result of First Round will be declared in approx 10 days.
