This is more about there screening calls, I have been frequently receiving calls from them & the call starts with 'I have few positions that I am working on and if you are in market' - the problem with ALKU is that they take you through this bunch of questions and the whole point of this call is they try to get information about if the country you work with right now is hiring, looking for consulting firm to hire employee, they even tried to ask me my managers name- The point is in last 5 years of my career I entertained there 15-20 calls & NEVER got any actual position information during after call, it always ends with - we will let you know if there's any position that we think you might be fit for. ALL they do is trying to find information that helps them in finding new client. have been working in the industry for more than 7 years & they never had any requirement that is a fit for me, WHAT a JOKE. Please stop asking candidate the information to help your business - its not professional.

Normal interview question with account manager. We had three discussions for a total of two hours . Then I had a short interview with her boss. He asked very simple questions about if I felt that I could do this or that. Question were yes no answer, nothing in depth
