Same questions with the same people at every single stage of the interview process. Didn't feel any human connection as they did not ask me any follow up questions from my answers. Everything felt extremely corporate.

After applying, I received an invitation for a phone screening a week later. I was then given an opportunity to interview, but the date was set for 3 weeks after that. It was then pushed back another week, and then pushed back AGAIN another 2 weeks. After the interview, I was told I would hear back one way or the other by the end of the following week. I heard nothing and received no reply to any emails for over 3 weeks, before finally getting an automated email saying they moved forward with other candidates. Overall, the experience lasted over 2 months and was not handled professionally or respectfully by the recruiter or the HR department.
