Online application form followed by an individual assessment interview at a local branch in a one to one interview.I wore a shirt and tie and arrived 20 minutes before the start of the interview with a local area manager.fairly relaxed interview.

Pleasant and honest. Interview was held a hotel conference space in an open day format. Prospective workers were called in batches in a sort of ‘speed dating’ format. Interviewers were actual assistant store managers and as such were able to provide relevant insight into the role.
