I was recruited trough a job fair at my university. It took about a week and a half for them to get back to me. I went to a dinner the day before the interview and it was great an informative about the company. The interview was very comfortable and they just kept asking about why ALDI.

Entretien
First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.

4 rounds, not very technical, after the first round, it's just talking to highups to see if you fit the culture. You get the name of the interviewer ahead of time.
