J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ALDI en oct. 2015
Entretien
Firstly, I completed a situational judgement test which was very easy- "what would you do in this situation:....." with 4 choices. I think this is just to give them assurance that you're on the same lines as them in terms of values etc. They want to make sure that you'll get stuck in and go out of your way to give help, things like that. After this stage, I completed quite a lengthy application form: 9 questions:
1. Please enter the details of your degree
2. Employment history and duties of each role
3. Success is not always illustrated through academic results. Please demonstrate your achievements outside of academic study below.
4. The Aldi Area Manager position requires real dedication. Please demonstrate below when you have displayed impressive levels of dedication.
5. A leader behaves in a positive and co-operative manner, encouraging their employees to use their initiative and intelligence. Please explain below why you believe that you have effective leadership skills.
6. What is your personal experience of Aldi? Please outline your initial impression/observations.
7. What do you know about Aldi’s business model?
Please ensure that you cover:
- Your understanding of how we operate
- What you know about our market presence
- What you know about our current trading performance
8. Why do you want to be an Area Manager for Aldi?
Please ensure that you cover:
- What appeals to you about working for Aldi
- What interests you about the role
- What you believe you would bring to the role
9. Provide an example of where you have you experienced a significant setback which really tested your resilience.
Please ensure that you cover:
-What the situation was
-How this made you feel
-How you overcame this
-What the outcome was
Thought the questions were okay- stuff about the business model and trading performance required some research but other than it being time consuming and about 5,000 words in total, it was pretty straight forward. I got through this stage and was then asked to complete an aptitude test that consisted of verbal, numerical and logical pattern tasks. This was rather difficult- very tasking due to the time limit. If i remember correctly, you get 3 minutes per 4 questions. So for the verbal, you had to read a paragraph and then the questions were like "which of the following statements could summarise the opinion of ____". That kind of thing but some were harder than others. It was the timing that got me- try stay calm and read the questions properly and youll be fine.

One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.
