I applied online on my University's Career website. The process take about 1 week. First, you get invited out to have a dinner with the recruiters. The recruiters went over a PowerPoint presentation about the company and who they are looking for. This is where you have your chance to ask questions so be prepare. After that is the in person interview with the Vice President of the company. The interview consisted of behavioral questions and about yourself. Roughly 15-25 minutes long depend on how much you have to say.
