I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

Entretien
Pretty simple and straight forward. Only asked a couple questions. Took about two weeks to get a call back. Dress professional when you are going to an interview or to a hiring event. I saw too many people not dressed appropriately and most did not get a call back.

Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Entretien
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
