5 min interview. I have over 40 yrs as a retail manager. Store Manager. The letter I received said I was not qualified. I'm 64 yes old. The interviewer asked zero questions about me. Just told me about the job. Of course she could of been my granddaughter.

Entretien
Interview is split into three rounds first on the phone second at the store with member of management at lastly with DM of the stores. Which is unfortunate because it would seem the DM is looking for different things that the store team is looking for
Responses were fairly quick and the interview process was quick. There was even an automated message system that allowed you to book interviews on your own time and allowed you to adjust the dates to what works for you.
