After sending in your online application, if selected, a Recruiter will reach out via email to request a 15 - 30 minute phone interview. In this phone interview they will have you review your past experiences, including essential duties, accomplishments, and reason for leaving. They also asked questions to gauge how much I knew about the company and the role. If you get moved to the second round, you will be scheduled for a zoom interview.
A very thorough interview process, had to do mental arithmatic and english tests and then a group assessment day with multiple tasks including a role play task and small presentation.
I applied for a position and got contacted for another one that wasn't published on their website, I didn't get a description of the job with all the responsibilities etc. they only sent the perks of working with aldi. I had a phone interview with the HR and then an interview with the team leader and HR.
