Typical psychometric tests, followed by online video process. The psychometric test was a Swfit analysis test, which you can't really prepare for. The online video process basically involves random questions being pulled out of a question bank. You will only have a short amount of time to read the question and a short amount of time to answer.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
