Entretien
First stage was the standard online application - I thought that this was quite long but very doable, some competency questions and then some questions about Aldi and its business model (very easy to google). They even asked what your first impression of Aldi was and I'd never been to one and managed to pass this stage.
Nest was some tests, nothing out of the ordinary here just the classic numerical, verbal and SJT.
Once you pass this you get to the video interview which actually isn't too bad really. I just tried to appear enthusiastic and confident to make up for what I was saying.
I passed the video interview and was invited to the group interview in Bolton. At this stage I had kind of gone off Aldi and a long trip to Bolton didn't sound too appealing so I have decided to withdraw my application since they do not even reimburse for travel and I'd likely not get the job.

Describe a time when you've set high standards for yourself?
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
