Had an interview one on one with a recruiter. Asked mainly behavioral questions. Tell me a time when you were leading a project and failed. What would you do if a team member is acting out? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Very generic initial interview. They are looking for a specific type of candidate. They will know off the bat if you are a fit or not.

There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
